Seven Hills Foundation is looking for a Direct Support Professional II in Boston, Massachusetts. Qualifications

• Active MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.

• Implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration.

Pay: $20.50-$24.50 per awake hour (see below for range details); $17.50 per asleep hour.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, except the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard. All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
