Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. You will support daily living, teach life skills, and implement ISP and Behavior Support Plans.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with additional differentials by location and qualifications. Fluency in ASL is required for this role, which involves mixed shifts and weekend work.

*This position requires fluency in ASL, based on the needs of the individuals supported. Starting base rate is $21.00/hour.

Schedule: Sunday 9a-10p, Mon 3p-10p, Tue 3p-11p, Wed 3p-10p; Mandatory staff meeting 3rd Thursday from 9.30am-11.30am.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.

All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour.
