All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate in-home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Tifton, Ashburn, and Sylvester areas.

You will perform personal care, monitor health, and support daily activities in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• DSP certification or equivalent experience in I/DD supports.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks (hygiene, grooming, feeding).
• Support individuals in daily activities and health monitoring.
• Encourage self-help and independence.
• Follow Individual Service and Behavior Support Plans.
• Document activities, medications, and data accurately.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments.

All Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for someone like you to join our team! As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping us provide compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

• Performing personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks
• Fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support.
• Encouraging self-help activities
• Implements Individual Service Plan and Behavior Support Plans
• Manage Individual's behaviors by prevention or de-escalation of aggression.
• Keeps accurate daily documentation of activities, fire/ disaster drills, Behavior Support Plans, medications, goal and data tracking, as well as other documentation.
• Transport individuals to and from community activities and medical appointments.
• Transporting clients or running errands for clients
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Pass background check
• Driver's license with valid Auto Insurance
• High school diploma/GED
• Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification; or Copy of high school diploma/transcript or General Education Development (GED) diploma; and at least six (6) months of experience providing behavioral health related services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), or documented experience providing specific supports to individuals with disabilities

Salary Range

USD $15.00 - $17.00 / Hour

Pay Stipend

• Pay Min: USD $15.00/Hr.
• Pay Max: USD $17.00/Hr.
