All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, in-home support for individuals with developmental disabilities. DSPs will work in home-like settings, delivering personal care, monitoring well-being, and supporting daily activities with dignity and respect.

Qualificações

• Eighteen years of age or older.
• Pass background check.
• Driver's license with valid Auto Insurance.
• High school diploma/GED.

Responsabilidades

• Perform personal care tasks including hygiene, grooming, feeding, and ambulation.
• Medical monitoring and health care related tasks.
• Fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support.
• Encouraging self-help activities.
• Implements Individual Service Plan and Behavior Support Plans.
• Manage individuals' behaviors by prevention or de-escalation of aggression.
• Keeps accurate daily documentation of activities, drills, medications, goals and data tracking.
• Transport individuals to and from community activities and medical appointments.
• Transporting clients or running errands for clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

All Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for someone like you to join our team! As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in helping us provide compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.
