Learnability LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to provide person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist clients in achieving personal goals, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
This role involves helping clients with daily activities, collaborating to set individualized care plans, and ensuring safety and well-being. Candidates must have empathy, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
Shift Available: Friday 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM and Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Our pay is starts at $28.50 for awake hours and $17.50 for night supervision (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

Your primary objective will be to promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for those in your care.
This role typically does not involve direct supervisory responsibilities. However, you may be required to assist and guide support staff or volunteers during certain tasks or activities.
