RISE Community Services in Warrensburg, MO is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with disabilities build independence and lead meaningful lives. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, and community activities, promoting dignity and safety.

Paid training, opportunities for career growth, and cross-training are available. You’ll work in residential, day program, or community off-site settings, learning new skills and supporting goals while collaborating

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass required pre-employment screening.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Missouri Class E license within 14 days of hire.

Depending on the program and individuals you support, you may assist with personal care, mobility and transfers, community activities, and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds.Experience is great.
