Job summary

ARISE is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a nonverbal young man, 26 years old, in the Bridgeport, NY area. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is energetic, open‑minded, respectful, and committed to engaging in activities with him in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide respite support to the young man.
• Assist with personal care tasks.
• Accompany him on community outings, including walks in parks.
• Work flexible hours (9am‑5pm) on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday for approximately 25hours per week.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
