REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Davenport. Earn $17.00/hour as a Direct Support Professional and join a mission-driven team during open interviews.

Join us on Tuesdays from 10a-2:30p at Time Bank, 100 East Kimberly Rd, Suite 603. Full benefits available for full-time staff, with a 401(k) match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Assist participants in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and document progress.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and build meaningful relationships with participants.
