Job summary

Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking professional Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a group home setting. You will provide support, transportation, and daily living assistance to promote independence and dignity.

Requirements include a driver’s license, a second form of ID, background checks, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available with hourly pay of $17.00–$18.00.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License and second form of ID required.
• Physical and PPD within the last year.
• Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a Group Home setting. Provide support, transportation and assistance for each individual to enable completing daily routines safely and with dignity.
