Job summary

Out of the Box Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated DSP to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD in Oregon. You will support daily routines, assist with personal care, and help clients participate in community activities while following individualized care plans.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of caregiving experience. A valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain is expected.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS employment eligibility requirements.

• Female | 13yrs | 97080
• Schedule: Friday- Sunday ( times T.B.D.)
• Likes: Libraries, crafts, especially crochet
• Needs: The client is very high masking. She wants to get comfortable with someone by spending time with them. She will need someone patient and understanding of that. She is looking for someone that meets her enthusiasm with things and high energy, someone that is closer to her age (must be 18 or older)
