Beacon Light Behavioral Health System is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Warren County, PA. This full-time role supports residents in a specialized STRIDE program, assists with daily living activities, and follows individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and reintegration.

Duties include documentation, behavior supports, and collaboration with the treatment team; certification to assist with medication may be required. 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Utilize positive behavior supports.
• Assist with medication administration when certified.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote recovery, independence and reintegration into home and community settings.
