Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support clients in daily living activities including personal care and meal preparation.
• Foster a positive relationship with clients to promote independence.
• Assist clients in developing everyday living skills and social activities.
• Document client progress and maintain care records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
