This position provides one-on-one support in a relaxed, low-stress environment and is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, and intentional in building meaningful connections. The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and committed to supporting individuals in achieving their goals while promoting independence and community engagement.
