Job summary

Sevita is seeking caring individuals to join our team as caregivers. The role focuses on empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges or complex needs.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
• Encourage participation in community activities and everyday living skills.
