Job summary

Sevita is hiring a caregiver to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live well at home and in the community. You will provide compassionate direct care, support personal needs, and help participants engage in activities they enjoy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to participants in daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene and support participants with behavioral challenges.
• Help participants pursue developmental goals like budgeting, exercise and nutrition.
