Job summary

Achieve Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float to provide flexible, cross-program support for individuals with disabilities in our community-based settings.

The DSP Float will be our go-to person, filling in across programs with consistent weekly hours while helping individuals live their best lives. Training is provided for driving agency vehicles and ensuring safe, reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct support to individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and compassionate with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Willingness to drive agency vehicles (training provided).
• Able to move between programs and tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Drive individuals to and from work or community activities.
• Serve as a Bus Aide to ensure safe, supportive transportation.
• Provide hands-on support in High-Needs Areas, including personal hygiene cares.
• Assist in Program & Workroom Areas with daily activities or skill-building.
• Provide Job Coaching to help individuals succeed in employment.

Achieve is looking for Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float—a dynamic, flexible team member who is excited to jump in wherever support is needed. This role has consistent weekly hours, but not a fixed assignment each day. You’ll work across our programs, supporting individuals with disabilities in meaningful, community-centered ways.

What You’ll Do (A Little Bit of Everything!)

As a DSP Float, you’ll be our go-to person for filling in and keeping things running smoothly. Your day might include:

• Driving individuals to and from work or community activities
• Serving as a Bus Aide to ensure safe, supportive transportation
• Helping in High-Needs Areas, offering personalized, hands-on support, including personal hygiene cares
• Working in Program & Workroom Areas, assisting with daily activities or skill-building
• Job Coaching, helping individuals succeed in their employment
