This role offers consistent weekly hours and the chance to build relationships across multiple areas while gaining hands-on experience in transportation, personal care, and skill-building in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide job coaching to help individuals succeed in employment.
• Help create meaningful, daily opportunities to make a difference.

Achieve is looking for Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float— a dynamic, flexible team member who is excited to jump in wherever support is needed. This role has consistent weekly hours, but not a fixed assignment each day. You’ll work across our programs, supporting individuals with disabilities in meaningful, community-centered ways.

What You’ll Do (A Little Bit of Everything!)

• Driving individuals to and from work or community activities
• Serving as a Bus Aide to ensure safe, supportive transportation
• Helping in High-Needs Areas, offering personalized, hands-on support, including personal hygiene cares
• Working in Program & Workroom Areas, assisting with daily activities or skill-building
• Job Coaching, helping individuals succeed in their employment
