Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required or preferred depending on location.
• Background checks and credentialing as required (OIG, abuse registries).
• Ability to lift and assist with mobility as described in the job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with People Supported Development and Life Skills.
• Provide support in community life and daily activities.
