RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Bear Creek (NC) to provide care and community-based supports for individuals with disabilities and mental health or substance use challenges. You will assist with health and safety, implement person-centered plans, and support daily living goals across scheduled shifts.

Become part of a dedicated care team with multiple schedules. Pay is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for training and advancement; a Payactiv option allows

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED (Not required for TN openings)

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures-
• Assist with People Supported Development
• Assists with Person Supported Community Life
• Provides support to team members and supervisors
• Assists with person-centered plan and outcomes
• Assists with medical requests
• Assist with data collection and reporting
