Job summary

Unbound Living, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support people with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities in Hamilton, OH and surrounding areas. Many openings include full-time second shift (3-11 p.m.) with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive training.

All roles require weekend availability; overtime and paid holidays are included. Onsite onboarding and orientation will begin soon to prepare staff for the December start dates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Willingness to travel locally and work weekends.
• DSP/home-care/nursing assistant experience welcome; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support independence, dignity, and participation in community life.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and daily routines per support plan.
• Help prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe home.
• Provide companionship, patient communication, and behavior support as directed.
• Transport clients locally using a dependable personal vehicle.
• Document care, follow instructions, and communicate concerns to the team.
