Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Slatington, PA to actively assist adults, provide personal care, and support daily living tasks in a residential setting. Shifts include mornings and evenings, with occasional weekend requirements.

This independent contractor opportunity requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and background checks, plus a year of IDD experience.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Must complete client’s IDD trainings.

Responsibilities

• Actively assist adults in daily living tasks.
• Perform personal care/hygiene assistance (bathing, toileting, etc.).
• Provide feeding support as needed.
• Lift up to 60 pounds without assistance.
