INTEGRITY SUPPORT SOLUTIONS is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care and assistance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing individual plans, assisting with daily living activities, and developing social networks. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and driver’s license, and pass a background check. The role offers competitive salary up to $17/hr and a signing bonus of $300. This position serves clients in the Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.
• Must pass Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and drug test.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.

Responsibilities

• Improve and respect the lives of individuals with disabilities.
• Assist in the implementation of individual plans and goals.
• Update individual case notes daily.
• Help develop appropriate social and daily life skills.
• Assist with daily living activities.
• Encourage involvement in recreational and community activities.
• Provide supervision during skill-building activities.
• Ensure individuals’ rights are protected.
