Job summary

Sevita’s NeuroRestorative division is hiring for day, evening and overnight shifts in New Hampshire. The role provides care and supervision to individuals in residential and community settings, including daily living activities and transportation support.

The job is delivered as part of Sevita’s mission to help people live independently. You will work with clinical staff to implement care plans, support recreation and community participation, and help with meal prep and hygiene while adhering to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months to one year of experience in human services is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks.
• Caring, detail‑oriented and reliable with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, assistance and supervision in living skills and daily activities.
• Assist with meals, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning and medication administration.
• Support relationships between employers and individuals served and arrange transportation for activities.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans.
