Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Ability to complete required training provided by Endeavor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children and adults with developmental disabilities in homes and communities.
• Help individuals develop daily living skills and independence.
• Encourage participation in community activities and life skills training.
• Support communication, confidence and personal growth.
• Collaborate with families and Care Coordinators to ensure quality services.
