Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check.
• Driver's license with valid auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED; DSP certification preferred.
• Experience with behavioral health services to individuals with I/DD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct in-home care, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility support.
• Foster positive relationships between individuals served and their circle of support.
• Encourage self-help activities and implement Individual Service Plans and Behavior Support Plans.
• Maintain accurate daily documentation of activities, medications, goals and data.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments.
