Qualifications

• Ability to identify and report situations requiring supervisor’s advice.
• Ability to accept directions and follow through with completion of assigned tasks.
• Eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and assistance to individuals with disabilities in residences or community settings.
• Build positive relationships with individuals supported.
• Participate in diverse training sessions to enhance expertise.

Skills

Knowledge of training individuals with developmental disabilities

Ability to work with individuals with special needs

Ability to contribute positively to the work team

Ability to meet the physical demands of the service location

Education
