Rise Inc in Tucson, AZ is hiring Parent(s) as Paid Caregiver Direct Support Professionals to provide direct support to people and families in their homes and community settings under the Home and Community Based Services program.

The role emphasizes dignity, respect, safety, and collaboration with families; candidates should have interest in disability services, be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and complete CPR/First Aid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in developmental disabilities or related field preferred.
• Must have verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Background check and fingerprint clearance required.
• CPR, First Aid training may be required.
• Reliable transportation to work site.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to people and their families in homes and community settings.
• Assist with daily living, hygiene, mobility and activities of daily living.
• Promote dignity, rights and safety of individuals receiving support.
• Follow healthcare protocols and coordinate with the team.
