Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle record preferred.
• Must pass Pennsylvania Criminal Background Check and drug test.
• Possess or be able to acquire certification in First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Improve and respect the lives of individuals with physical, mental, and developmental disabilities.
• Assist in the implementation of individual plans and behavioral plan goals.
• Update individual case notes daily with feedback regarding performance.
• Help individuals develop appropriate social, behavioral, and daily life skills.
• Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation.
• Encourage individuals to engage in community activities based on preferences.
• Provide supervision and guidance during skill-building activities.
• Develop a rapport with individuals to cultivate a supportive relationship.
• Ensure individuals' rights are protected.
