Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across the state, following each person’s ISP.

As a DSP you will work one-on-one, assist with daily living activities, document services, and build meaningful relationships with clients while contributing to independence and community participation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client\'s ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
