Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to communicate in basic English; read and write basic English.
• Able to pass background verification.

Responsibilities

• Seek opportunities for community/social integration.
• Assist with planning and preparing activities and outings.
• Assist with self-care tasks (dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Medication administration.
• Meal preparation and planning.
• Transportation of clients to activities.
• Follow individual service plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
