Job summary

ASG Home Care is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. DSPs work one-on-one to promote independence, daily living skills, and ISP adherence while documenting services for the care team.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive, DDD-focused team that helps DSPs grow within the organization and make a real difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
