Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities. You will work one-on-one following each person’s ISP to promote independence and daily living skills.

Roles include supporting daily living activities, documenting services, and building meaningful relationships. Flexible hours, with cases across New Jersey, and potential growth within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on home and community support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and transportation.
• Support ISP goals and promote independence and community participation.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with the individuals you support.
