Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across the state. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping with daily living, community participation, and ISP-guided goals.

We offer flexible hours with day, evening, and weekend shifts, consistent caseloads near your home, and a supportive team. CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged, and hands-on training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
