Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• CPR and First Aid training to be completed through approved providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Support ISPs and align with clients' goals.
• Provide companionship and encourage social inclusion.
• Monitor health and administer medications per guidelines.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Maintain care documentation and follow behavioral support plans.
