Abound Health is hiring Universal Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with I/DD across Mercer County, PA. Roles include 1:1 in-home and community support, working in homes and group settings, with a $1,000 signing bonus and $23.00 per hour.

Full-time and part-time openings exist with morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Candidates should have at least 2 years of caregiving experience and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group-based support in homes, community settings, and licensed residential programs.
• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
