ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across New Jersey. Earn $18–$24/hour with flexible hours and consistent local cases.

As a DSP you will work one-on-one to promote independence, assist with daily living activities, and follow each client’s ISP, while documenting services and communicating with the care team. Join a DDD-focused agency with strong team support and onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
