Qualifications

• Background and drug screenings required before employment.
• Valid Driver's License with endorsements; minimum 3 years driving experience.
• Basic computer skills for daily tasks and documentation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent as required by the work location.
• Minimum one year of experience in the human service field if required by location.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and reports suspected abuse or rights violations.
• Provides support and supervision to meet individuals' needs and goals.
• Ensures training and support programs are implemented and documented per regulations.
• Protects health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Provides a positive environment that promotes independence and choice.
• Follows positioning schedules and uses assistive devices per plan.
• Assists with diet, texture and equipment needs as required.
• Maintains homes, outdoor areas and vehicles in good order.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
