Mosaic in East Hampton is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a DSP, you will support people served as they learn daily living skills and life activities to live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical activity: standing, walking, bending, lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of daily living skills and life activities to help people learn and grow.
• Help individuals identify and achieve their personal goals for independence.
• Monitor comfort, safety, and basic medical, nutritional, and personal care needs.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
