Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct support and guidance to individuals with mental, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and physical needs. The role aims to empower individuals to live independently with dignity and respect.

The job offers a variety of schedules, with starting pay around $19 per hour; full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.

• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
