Qualifications

• Experience or interest in supporting adults with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for working with individuals, families, and team members.
• Ability to learn and follow support plans, safety procedures, and behavior support strategies.
• Relevant experience in residential or community-based support settings, social services, or disability support is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in human services or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to perform job duties that may include assisting with mobility, personal care, and transportation, in line with safety guidelines.
• Commitment to person-centered support, respect for diverse backgrounds, and adherence to non-discriminatory practices.

Responsibilities
