Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in Bedford, NH. The DSP helps with daily activities, transportation, and program planning while promoting independence and community participation.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team environment with growth opportunities. Hours are M-F, 9am-3pm, with competitive pay based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Therap software experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with daily activities and household tasks in a community setting.
• Assist with meals, recreation, learning activities and physical fitness.
• Support transportation to community activities and input on program planning.
