Job summary

Brandi's Hope Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Days) to provide daily support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including job supports, self-care, and community inclusion.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of verifiable related experience, a valid drivers license, CPR certification, and passing background checks. Benefits are provided; shifts vary and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Strong interactive skills and a positive, creative, energetic attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of developmental disabilities.
• Assist with job supports, self-care, recreational activities and community inclusion.
• Duties may include transporting clients, acting as a job advocate, and assisting with feeding and hygiene.
