Job summary

Quest, Inc. seeks compassionate caregivers to support individuals with disabilities in their Orlando homes. You will help with personal care, meals, transportation, and daily living tasks according to daily schedules.

We offer full-time roles with set schedules and extensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with match, tuition assistance, and life and disability insurance. A Florida driver’s license is preferred for driver duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and stay calm in crises.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Offer positive social and recreational interaction.
• Safely lift, transfer, and reposition individuals.
• Prepare meals following dietary needs.
• Complete housekeeping tasks daily.
• Ensure safety and supervision in the home.
• If driving, operate large-capacity vehicles for transportation.

Education
