Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency diploma required.
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities, including bathing and grooming.
• Administer medications and support medical appointments.
• Facilitate mobility and ensure safe navigation.
• Provide emotional support and implement behavioral strategies.
• Encourage participation in community and social activities.
• Advocate for individuals' needs and rights.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with healthcare teams.
