Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. We offer consistent hours, local cases, and a supportive team dedicated to ISP-driven outcomes.

As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, following each person''s ISP to promote independence and daily living success. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required on hire.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Caregiving, DSP or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client''s ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
