Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide support and care for individuals with intellectual disabilities within clients' homes or communities. The role emphasizes health, safety and promoting independence.

You will follow state guidelines, complete annual trainings, and maintain detailed documentation. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO and weekly pay. Must have English proficiency and PA certifications or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and write proficiently in English.
• Successful completion of Direct Care Worker Competency evaluation.
• Current CPR card.
• Current Health Screening as required by state regulations.
• Proof of PA qualification: nurse license, CNA, home health aide cert, or approved competency evaluation or PA bulletin program.
