Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a dedicated Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with disabilities in community settings. You will assist with communication, personal care, transportation, and documentation, while promoting independence and rights.

Responsibilities include accompanying clients to activities, teaching independent living skills, administering medications where allowed, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Complete pre-employment screening (criminal background, drug testing, education verification).

Responsibilities

• Provide support for individuals with disabilities in community settings.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities as needed.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Document care provided and maintain records.
• Promote rights, education, and decision-making.
• Connect clients with community resources and supports.
