Job summary

Delta-T Group, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with IDD in Allentown, PA. You will provide personal care, assist with activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation, with some weekend and second-shift opportunities.

This is an independent contractor role (1099) with opportunities across various caregiving settings. A valid driver’s license and prior caregiving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with IDD with personal care/hygiene and activity participation.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide transportation support and accompany clients as needed.
• Support community participation and daily living activities.

CLIENT'S SCHEDULE

• 2nd shift (some weekend availability required) and limited awake overnight shifts are available.
• Weekend only opportunities also available (generally 12 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays)
