Job summary

Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Sylva/Cullowhee, NC. Starting pay $16.00-$18.00 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

As a DSP you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, while helping clients live independently. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required based on client needs.
• Experience with disabilities not required – paid training provided.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $16.00-18.00-/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus (Paid throughout the year and must work 20 hours per week to qualify for Bonus.)

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary
• Lifting may be required, depending on client needs
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required – we provide paid training and support

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $16.00-18.00-/hour

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
