Abound Health in Cary, NC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

The role offers flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), paid onboarding and training, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth within a mission-driven company with 20+ years in the I/DD space.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required.

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and facilitate communication.

• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Communicate with Abound Health team members, families, and external parties as needed.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $15.40-$16.50/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus – Cary, NC

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $15.40/hour

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
